128 on State offers both on-site maintenance and on-site management teams ready to provide you with a seamless living experience.

Residents have the convenience and ease of submitting rent payments and maintenance requests on our resident app or the resident portal.

Our renters insurance requirement is $100,000 in personal liability coverage. You may choose your preferred provider.

Our apartment homes are equipped with Managed Wi-Fi internet powered by Xfinity.

Yes, we offer an early lease termination option. Please reach out to our office directly for details. 

Utility fees are payable on the resident portal or resident app along with rent; utilities are not included in the rent amount. Electric is paid directly to our provider, Puget Sound Energy.

AMENITIES

128 On State offers private, underground parking for $150 per reserved space. There is no limit on number of spaces per leaseholder. We even have electric vehicle charging stations
